2. Eligibility

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Use

  • Kalina4Pro LLC specializes in professional nail products intended for salon or professional use.

  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper application, or allergic reactions. Always follow manufacturer instructions.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or supplier changes.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted online through our secure checkout.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • All payments must be completed before shipping or pickup.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment is completed.

  • Local pickup orders placed before 12:00 PM are available the same day at 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are available the next business day between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Pickup Location: Kalina Nails Art Studio, 13617 Genito Rd, Midlothian, VA 23112.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only; delays may occur due to carriers beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • For health and safety, opened liquids, gels, powders, and brushes cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalina4Pro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Kalina4Pro LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law
