Kalina4Pro LLC Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 August 2025

At Kalina4Pro LLC, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened liquids, gels, powders, brushes, or other items that cannot be resold once opened.

  • Clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at Kalina4Pro@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Kalina4Pro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging.

  4. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
